8/15/2023 0 Comments Wow bartender 4 buttons changing![]() The main window you will see is the Character Advancement window. The other big new element you may notice is the Character Advancement button. These buttons will allow you to access all of Ascension's custom UI elements. If you are using a custom UI you will have a blank space, but the menu can be accessed through a new button on the MiniMap, or by pressing the "N" key, which by default is what would normally open the talent menu. Minimap button to access character advancement. If you are using the base UI, you will see a new button replacing the default talent button that will open the menu allowing you to access everything. While the Ascension Resources (for using with custom UI) displays a custom Energy and Rage bar as custom UIs will not display these resources.Īs part of the Ascension AIO, you will also possibly see some new buttons to access the new UI elements. ![]() The Ascension Resources are for displaying the custom PlayerFrame allowing the player to see all 3 resources: Mana, Energy and Rage. ![]() The Ascension AIO should always be enabled, as this is what allows ALL of the custom UI elements to fucntion. Ascension Resources (for using with custom UI).There are many new screens ranging from Character Advancement, Stat Allocation, Spell/Talent Reset, and the various collection interfaces for Vanity Items, Mystic Enchants, Tomes, and the Seasonal window.Īfter installing Ascension when looking at your AddOns list there should be 3 Addons:Ī Hero, showing off his mastery of Mana, Energy and Rage on the custom Player Frame. Right hand side is anything i can do to debuff mobs or hostile totems.Ascension heavily features new and custom User Interface also known as "UI" elements. Healing cooldown action bar on the left barely visible, these are my placement skills like totems. Weakauras track my mana and healing cooldowns. ![]() The big white/blue box is never shown but it was the only way i could show how the “raid” setting looks and top 5 columns are if i am in a party.Īgain all healing is done through Vuhdo by clicking the raid unit bars. This is using Resto shaman and is a mix of all. Much the same as above but it’s using Weakauras to track my brews and some attacks and cooldowns.Īnd finally this is my most developed healing layout. This is my tanking layout for Brewmaster: The little raid unit under my name is Vuhdo and it’s where i do all my healing, you will see no healing action bars as it’s all done with clicks through Vuhdo. This is where i keep my GSE attack macros if i fistweave. To the right of that is where i hide 3 of my macro buttons. Top middle i have movement skills hidden from view, this will be mounts or hearthstones. Top left hidden until mouseover is my menu and bags bar. This is my Mistweaver which is very basic, nothing is showing yet but just under the unitframe you can just see where i have some healing cooldown action bars I have used Bartender to remove all art and also to fade some buttons from the screen so it’s not cluttering it up. I have since stopped using ElvUI and started building up my own with a mix of Bartender 4, Vuhdo and WeakAuras ![]() This was my old setup using ElvUI but i find that it was too cluttered and too dark at times for me. So this is still a WIP at the moment but thought i would share my layout for now that i am still working on and how it’s set up. ![]()
